Refund Policy

There is a 10 day consignment period to "try out" the painting. If not satisfied then the piece can be returned. Please use the same shipping materials when returning the piece  Shipping costs must be covered by the client when returning the artwork.  

If an original is damaged, then please send me a jpg of the damage at pat@patriciataylor-art.ca. Shipping costs will be reimbursed for the return of the original piece. The piece will be repaired, if possible, or another piece will be created to replace the damaged painting. If you decide that you do not want to replace the artwork, a total refund will be supplied. It is also possible to purchase another piece from the inventory to replace the damaged art.
